IT – Si è conclusa nella giornata di ieri la prima tappa dell’evento targato Automobil Club Palermo e Targa Racing Club. Grande partecipazione confermata e distacchi minimi in tutte le classi in gara. Anthony Lamaingnent comanda la generale e Andrea Nucita la classifica riservata ai piloti prioritari.
Sembra di essere tornati nell’agosto 1992, quando il tricolore francese sulle fiancate della Lancia Delta HF Integrale di Didier Auriol dominava la scena mondiale. Anthony Lemaingnent sulla vettura italiana Gruppo A è il leader della 1a Targa Florio Rally eSport al termine della prima tappa. Il veloce transalpino ha dominato la prima parte di gara, andata in scena dal 3 al 6 maggio sulle prove speciali della Germania.
In seconda piazza assoluta si è classificato Nicolò Ardizzone sulla Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 della scuderia Qlash eSports, dimostratosi il più veloce fra le vetture di Classe R5 in gara su tutti i tratti cronometrati disputati. Al terzo posto assoluto troviamo Emanuele Gelio su Lancia Delta HF Integrale con i colori del DRI Team Italy. Subito ai piedi del podio troviamo Michele Renzetti seguito a meno di tre secondi dal polacco Przemek Rudzki, entrambi su Volkswagen Polo GTI R5. Primato in classe R-GT e quattordicesima posizione assoluta per Adriano Stellino, al volante della Porsche 911 R-GT Rally Spec. Al comando fra le vetture di classe R2, dove cinque piloti sono racchiusi in quattro secondi, troviamo Andrea Torlasco, seguito da Giuseppe Ricci e Andrea Mazzocchi, tutti su Ford Fiesta R2. Lotta siciliana per la speciale classifica riservata ai piloti in possesso di licenza ACI/FIA, dove Andrea Nucita precede Giovanni Lanzalaco di soli due secondi.
La seconda tappa della 1a Targa Florio eSport è iniziata con lo scoccare della mezzanotte di oggi 7 maggio e si concluderà alle 23:59 di domenica 10 maggio. I concorrenti si sposteranno sugli asfalti tecnici della Spagna, dove completeranno i restanti 100 chilometri di gara suddivisi in 12 tratti cronometrati.
EN – Yesterday the first leg of the event branded Automobil Club Palermo and Targa Racing Club has ended. A large participation is confirmed by the minimum gaps in all race classes. Anthony Lamaingnent leads the general ranking. Andrea Nucita leads the reserved one for priority drivers.
It seems to be back to August 1992, when the French tricolour on the sides of Didier Auriol’s Lancia Delta HF Integrale dominated the world rally scene. Anthony Lemaingnent on the Italian car Group A is the leader of the 1st Targa Florio Rally eSport at the end of the first stage. The fast French driver has dominated the first part of the race, which took place from 3rd to 6th May on the special stages of Germany. Nicolò Ardizzone is in second place overall on the Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 of the Qlash esports team, proved to be the fastest among the R5 class cars in the race on all timed stretches disputed. In third place we find Emanuele Gelio on Lancia Delta HF Integrale of DRI Team Italy. Immediately at the foot of the podium we find Michele Renzetti, followed by the Polish Przemek Rudzki, both on Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 and a three-second gap between them. Record in the R-GT class and fourteenth place overall for Adriano Stellino, on the Porsche 911 R-GT Rally Spec. Leading among the R2 class cars, where five drivers are enclosed in four seconds, we find Andrea Torlasco, followed by Giuseppe Ricci and Andrea Mazzocchi, all on Ford Fiesta R2. There’s a Sicilian fight for the special classification reserved for pilots with ACI/FIA license, where Andrea Nucita precedes Giovanni Lanzalaco by just two seconds.
The second leg of the 1st Targa Florio eSport has begun with the stroke of midnight today May 7th and will end at 23:59 on Sunday, May 10th. The competitors will move on the technical asphalt of Spain, where they will complete the remaining 100 kilometers of race divided into 12 timed stages.
